[ Q: Is ZHONGKE the manufacturer ? ]	A: Yes,we are one leading lithium ion battery manufacturer over 15 years.You can visit us and video show any time.
[Q: What kind of battery cells will ZHONGKE use?]	A: Usually, we would like to suggest our customers use Brand name 18650 battery cells, like Panasonic, Samsung, Sanyo, LG and Sony. Also, Grade A Chinese 18650 battery cells could be used. All of our battery cells have a good performance and a very good reputation.
[Q: What package will ZHONGKE use?]	A: Usually, we would like to suggest our customers use Brand name 18650 battery cells, like Panasonic, Samsung, Sanyo, LG and Sony. Inner Package of each battery pack :Packed by electrostatic film separately. Outside Package :In Pallets(If you have special pallet,please let us know.We will customize the pallets for you.)
[Q: How do ZHONGKE ship the lithium ion battery?]	A: Sample order: by Express ( DHL / UPS / FEDEX / TNT) Bulk order: by Sea shipping, Air freight, Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT), as per your requirements. Production time: 5-7 days for sample order, 25-30 days for bulk order.If you have urgent lead time request,please let us know.We will make special production schedule to meet your lead time.
[Q: What is a BMS?]	A: BMS stands for Battery Management System, it works to protect the cells from getting damaged against over or under-voltage, over current, high temperature or external short-circuiting. The BMS will shut off the battery to guarantee safe operating conditions. All ZHONGKE batteries have a built-in BMS, that are not visible for customers at most of time, to manage and protect battery against these types of issues.
[Q :What is the difference between series and parallel connections?]	A: Series connections involve connecting 2 or more batteries together to increase the voltage of the battery pack. Parallel connections involve connecting 2 or more batteries together to increase the capacity of the battery pack. For example, if you connect 2 x 12V 100Ah batteries in series, the battery system will be 24V 100Ah. If you connect 2 x 12V 100Ah batteries in parallel, the battery system will be 12V 200Ah. [Q: How do I know if the battery power is low?]	A: All our batteries could add an independent indicators, so you will always know the status of battery power.
[Q: Are lithium baterries affected by inviromental temperature?]	A: Yes,the charging of lithium batteries should be between 0 degrees centigrade to +45 degrees centigrade. While discharging, lithium batteries perform well in between -20 degree centigrade and +60 degree centigrade. So you should be very careful when the temperature will go down as low as 0 degrees centigrade.
[Q: How should I store my battery?]	A: Store ZHONGKE Lithium batteries in a cool dry place, and must be away from the fire source and the heat source.
[Q: What should I know when upgrade lead acid battery to lithium?]	A: To get right lithium battery for replacement, you need to know your voltage, capacity, power and size requirements. Please contact ZHONGKE technical support to choose the right battery.
[Q: Why change to lithium ion battery?]	A: Longer life, no maintenance, and faster charging are just a few of the advantages lithium has over lead-acid batteries. Changing batteries less often means fewer replacement and labor costs. These savings make lithium batteries a more valuable long-term investment than lead-acid batteries. Despite the higher upfront cost of lithium-ion batteries, the true cost of ownership is far less than lead-acid when considering life span and performance.
[Q:Is Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) safer that lead acid/AGM battery?]	A: Yes,LiFePO4 does not include lead and acid, is non-corrosive, does not off gas,can be placed in any orientation,will not explode or catch fire. In addition, each ZHONGKE Lithium battery is protected from over heating, over charging, and short circuiting, by a battery management system (BMS) microchip that also extends the lifespan and is contained in a rugged, waterproof case.
[Q: What is the after sale service from ZHONGKE battery?]	A: Normally,the warranty time is one year after shipment.If you become our VIP customers,we can prolong extra half year warranty for you. If your batteries are complaint,you send our pictures,video to figure out the issue.Then we can apply the new battery in your new order.
